Telemarketing Specialist

Medical Indicators (MII) is the largest manufacturer in the world of highly accurate single-use and reusable clinical thermometers. MII’s products, sold under the brand names of “Tempa•DOT™“, “NexTemp®” and “TraxIt®” are used to accurately measure human body temperatures. MII’s products are used globally by medical professionals, and supplied to the market through all major medical distributors. The majority of the end users are acute care hospitals, clinics, dialysis centers, and registered national health systems. MII’s thermometer technology is non-hazardous, non-toxic, latex-free, and carries an FDA medical device registration and an ISO 13485:2003 certification. MII’s products are made in the United States.

MII seeks an energetic part-time Customer Care Representative to assist us with our growing corporation.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily out-going calls and responses to emails
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Provide potential customers with product and service information
  • Enter new customer information into system
  • Update existing customer information
  • Process sample orders
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs
  • Other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is required; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a call center / customer service environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate information to and from management and other employees, both orally and written
  • Strong organization skills
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and equipment manuals
  • Must pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
  • Must have reliable transportation, as we are not located near public transportation

Our production team seeks a dynamic individuals who are eager to work for a fast growing company. You will ensure a high level of quality on all parts and pieces by utilizing automated equipment. You will work effectively with the team to ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly production goals are met.
Production Line Workers - First Shift

MII’s products are used globally by medical professionals, and supplied to the market through all major medical distributors. The majority of the end users are acute care hospitals, clinics, dialysis centers, and national health systems.  MII’s thermometer technology is non-hazardous, non-toxic, latex-free, and carries an FDA medical device registration and an ISO 13485:2003 certification. MII’s facility is located in Hamilton, NJ.

MII seeks a dynamic individuals who are eager to work for a fast growing company. You will ensure a high level of quality on all parts and pieces by utilizing automated equipment.  You will work effectively with the team to ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly production goals are met.

MII is seeking Production Line Workers to perform a variety of tasks including:

  • Operating automated equipment
  • Inspecting products on a continuous flow production line
  • Product assembly (hand assembly of parts)
  • Assembling boxes, applying labels, filling out production logs
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Monday through Friday – 1st shift 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
  • Overtime may be required once in awhile

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Flexible in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Self-starter and highly motivated with strong work ethic and integrity
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Must be comfortable working on your feet
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operations manuals
  • Ability to effectively communicate information from management to other employees, both orally and written
  • Warehouse / Production experience is a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation as we are not located near public transportation
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Employment type: Full-time
